RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, please email hello@thecozynchic.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Please note that custom-sized prints and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your original item following the return process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
CANCELLATIONS
Our prints and other made-to-order products are prepared specifically for your order. Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet entered production.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thecozynchic.com. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order.
