I've placed an order, how long until it is dispatced?
Dispatch time refers to the time it takes us to prepare and process your order before it is shipped. It does not include the shipping time with the courier. Our prints and other made-to-order products are carefully prepared after your order is placed. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We always appreciate your patience during these periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We ship worldwide using a variety of tracked services. Confirmation emails and texts are sent out automatically however these often land in spam folders. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a secondary email which includes your tracking link. If you do not add an email at checkout, these will not be sent. If you have any issues with locating your tracking details, please email us on hello@thecozynchic.com and we will be more than happy to help.
When will I get my order?
Hi! You can find the estimated delivery times for your destination on our Delivery Times page. Please keep in mind that these are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier and any unexpected shipping delays.
Will my print arrive framed?
No, all prints are shipped unframed. Frames shown in our product photos are for styling purposes only and are not included with your purchase.
